140 River Front Property - Monday, May 19th, 2008

I’ve admired this tall Spanish style home for some time now. Its great location provides easy access to the Yardley Inn but has its drawbacks being so close to the river. it appears to be nearly finished construction… but on closer inspection, there are many windows that appear to be broken out. It doesn’t appear to be for sale and it definitely looks uninhabited. Anybody have any details?
That house was lifted up and the bottom floor was put in after the last big flood to get it above the flood level. If you look at the door- it used to be at ground level. I do not know the status of the project though- sad to hear it is in disrepair.
I designed the fire sprinkler system for this house last year. I belive two doctors own it. Construction might be stopped due to economy.
