147 Memorial Day Spirit - Monday, May 26th, 2008
The residents of Yardley were out in full force to celebrate Memorial Day. The roar of a low flying c17 transport plane startled the crowd and kicked off the parade in grand style.

Your photos are great. FYI the raising of the flag at Yardley Borough Hall. The flag pole is a new addition to borough hall. This is the first time the flag pole has been used. The flag pole was dedicated during the parade. The flag pole was donated from the Pennsylvania American Water Company to the Sons of the American Legion which in turn had the pole erected and then donated to Yardley Borough.
