220 Sunrise at Council Rock South - Thursday, August 7th, 2008

Ok, I’m cheating with this shot since it’s not actually in Yardley… but since I’m still catching up on content since the vacation, I figured I’d share a shot I captured earlier this week. We’ll call it “near Yardley”.

This is just after sunrise on the track at Council Rock South. I train with some awesome runners and a great group of folks mostly from Newtown called the Full Moon Running Club. Tuesday mornings are reserved for track work as we get ready for the upcoming Marathon season.
