Next month will mark the tenth anniversary of September 11th, 2001. In honor of this and in honor of those who lost their lives on that fateful day I took a trip to the 911 Garden of Reflection and captured some images.

One of my favorite subjects in early August: Patterson Farm and its corn fields. I recently came across thisPatterson Farm Preservationweb site and found its contents to be quite amazing. I’d encourage you to visit the site if you’re interested in the history of Yardley. The site hosts pictures of Tom and Alice Patterson as well as pictures of the property from various decades.
Here are just some of the photos from that site. I highly recommend visiting Patterson Farm Preservation.com.

This abandoned structure is behind St. Andrews and Friends Meeting House where the falls used to be. I’m not sure what it was used for but it appears to be some sort of pumping station.
